September’s pizza special is The Hot Goat — white sauce, bacon, goat cheese, balsamic onions, and a drizzle of hot honey to finish it off.
And before you say, “I don’t like goat cheese”… give this one a shot. Between the bacon, sweet onions, and hot honey, it all comes together really well without the goat cheese taking over.
It’s sweet, salty, a little tangy, a little spicy, and pairs well with a dry white w**e thats a little on the fruity side like Ridge Run White.
