We’re back to “PLAY” through another culvert installation!

Our crew is wrapping up the second culvert installation at a local golf course.

Empire Services Lives “Four” Unique Projects

When it comes to culvert replacement, experience, precision, and the right equipment make all the difference. The Empire Services team is putting them to work at a local golf course in Berks County, PA, installing new culverts efficiently and safely—all while the course is active.

Below, one of our crews installs new 36” concrete pipe through a small stream to improve drainage and keep the area functioning properly.

Precise demolition is our specialty!

The Empire Services team is transforming a former garage on a tight job site at a busy Reading intersection through a combination of selective and total demolition. After safely removing the high-bay garage, leaving the rear and back corner walls to maintain the current site wall, we completed the interior demolition and are preparing for the final phase—roof removal—while carefully preserving the exterior walls that will remain.

Once the roof removal is completed, the site will be ready for its next chapter as a renovated storage space for the city. It's another example of how thoughtful planning, precision, and experience can help bring new life to almost any property.

No project is too big or too small for the Empire Services team. We recently completed the interior dismantling of a small clarifier at a wastewater treatment plant in Lehigh County, helping prepare the facility for its next upgrade.

As part of the project, our crew carefully dismantled the center column by torch cutting around the base before hammering it down.

Summer break means transformation is in full swing!

While students are enjoying their summer vacation, the Empire Services team is hard at work helping a local junior high school prepare for the new school year. We recently completed an interior demolition project that prepared two large spaces for their next chapter.

This project involved significant changes, including the removal of walls and doors, modifications to mechanical systems, and cutting sections of the concrete floor for additional new underground piping.

Every step was completed with precision to help pave the way for the school's upcoming renovations.
