Our small but mighty team showed up in a big way with grit, hustle, & heart: grateful doesn’t begin to cover it. We have an incredible group of customers that we endlessly appreciate for trusting us with their non-ferrous scrap needs. Thanks to everyone’s support, we crushed some big goals & weathered an unprecedented market year. Here’s to another year of non-ferrous scrap, recovered right 💪🏼♻️😎

Did you know our recycling program started after Tommy Derr, Dave’s dad, recognized the growing need for curbside recycling in our area? The family business, now four generations strong, grew from curbside glass recycling into the non-ferrous recycling center it is today!

Berks Container Recovery & West Lawn Beverage friends & family: This is the hardest news to share. Tommy “Boogie” Derr has passed away after his tragic accident Tuesday. We are in shock, disbelief, and utterly crushed.
We will share more commemorative highlights about his legacy and post details about a “Toast to Tommy” in the coming days. For now, we ask for your patience as we work to navigate life without our OG, GOAT, Pops, Pappy, TD.
