& utility repairs. Celebrating over 60 years of service, the Empire Group is powered by more than 200 dedicated employees and more than 400 pieces of equipment. founded Empire Wrecking Co., of Reading, PA. In 1972, the second generation became leaders of the company. Wh**ey's sons, Harry J. O'Neill III, President, & Todd M. O'Neill, Exec. Vice President, lead the Empire Group.

Our affiliate Delaware Valley Contractors (DVC) recently obtained their PA State Emissions Inspection Authority. They can now do OBD and Visual Emissions Inspections for all passenger and light duty vehicles 1975 and newer with a GVWR of 8,500lbs or less.
