IMMEDIATE OPENINGS:
**Personal Assistant:
Needed in Saddle River, New Jersey for a CEO to help manage his private home, along with an investment property near by. This position requires the assistant to live within 15 miles of Saddle River, and to be available onsite for a minimum of 4 hours a day, 2 days a week to check on the home(s) and to provide services as needed listed below.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of personal home, in coordination with respective home property manager for investment property
• Diverse responsibilities incorporate organization of the personal home, along with social and personal matters
• Provide administrative support, which can include organizing mail, appointment scheduling, maintaining the master calendar, draft correspondence/emails, screen phone calls, order supplies and equipment, maintain service agreements, etc.
• Hire, train, and administration of household staff
• Book car and flight arrangements, including private charter flights
• Organize and coordinate parties and social functions including guest lists, invitations, party rentals, flowers, wait staff, entertainment, security and transportation
• Oversee any renovations of the properties in tandem with designers, architects and contractors
• Maintain instruction manuals for properties and Excel master vendor and service spreadsheet
**Personal Assistant:
Needed in Point Pleasant, New Jersey for a young entrepreneurial family of four. This position requires a minimum of 4 hours a day, 2 days a week on either Monday and Wednesday or Monday and Thursday starting in the early afternoon.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the personal home, as well as an investment property
• Diverse responsibilities incorporate organization of the personal home, along with scheduling and overseeing the maintenance of both properties.
• Run errands, light housekeeping, laundry, along with shopping for food and gifts.
• Meal preparation
*Personal Assistant:
Needed in Mantoloking, New Jersey for the month of August. This position requires a minimum of 4 hours a day, 2 days a week with the days of the week TBD.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the operation of the home
• Run errands, light housekeeping, laundry, along with shopping for food and gifts.
• Planning of small dinner and beach parties
• Light snack preparation for guests
• Refresh linens and toiletries weekly
Basic Qualifications:
• Maintaining a strict level of discretion and confidentiality
• Polished, friendly, professional demeanor
• Proactive go-getter: no task is too big or too small
• Valid Driver’s License is required
