Once again for the third week, we start having trouble on Friday night and it will last till Monday morning. It sucks mainly because I have a son trying to work summer law school.
I run 2xDSL system for speed and its still slow, however it all I can get. Now if I didn't pay, they would cut me off but when they have a problem it's Oh! we are sorry we will look into it. Well I'm tired of it, if it don't work then refund the days im out its the least they can do. Because they don't spend money upgradeing lines.

Usually we only complain here and I'm sure I will again. However I do gove credit where credit is due. Recently I list my business to a kitchen fire. Total loss. The communication lines run right above. The fire melted all of the them. The guys came out right after and worked to restore phones to everyone. They worked all night and all day to achieve this. Once again we can fault the company but the employees I have encountered are always great to deal with its the company policies where the problem is.

The question I have is how are the kids suppose to study and submit their work, if they can not stay connected and have the band with to do so. I know they think we are the bottom if the barrel not just the state of WV but Mingo County. We are the worst for internet. All the Money the coal made the state as a county we still fall short if what we should have.Worst of all it seems that it gets worse as we go.

One again Frontier Sucks phone line is out at home. New automated system wont allow you to speak to a person. Going into bankruptcy is the best for them. Just feel sorry for the employees they are good people.

One again it rains and frontier phone service sucks. Any body else want to give an opinion post it so frontier can read it
