Some moments don’t look life-changing at first.
A pause at the driveway.
Two kids running toward me.
A reminder that the person I am outside the work shapes the way I show up inside it.

That small moment shifted my whole day. Not because anything dramatic happened, but because it brought me back to what matters most.

I can work hard.
I can lead well.
I can build something meaningful.

But the real work is paying attention, noticing who I’m becoming in the middle of all the movement.

So I’m slowing down.
Letting moments meet me.
And asking the question I hope you’ll ask, too:

Who am I becoming as I lead?

The working genius can help you solve your team’s biggest problems. 🔥

The Working Genius isn’t just another personality test. It’s a productivity tool that shows you how you naturally work and where you bring your best energy. ⚙️✨

It identifies your unique mix of six “geniuses”:
✨Wonder — asking the big questions
💡Invention — creating new ideas
💭Discernment — intuitively knowing what will work
⚡️Galvanizing — rallying people into action
🫱🏽‍🫲🏻Enablement — offering practical support
🏁Tenacity — seeing things through to the finish

When a team understands each other’s geniuses, communication changes.
Conversations get clearer. Meetings get smoother.
There’s less frustration because people finally understand why they work the way they do.

If you’ve been feeling gaps in communication or collaboration, this might be the insight your team has been missing.

Every leader moves through seasons that feel uncertain, stretched, or in-between.
The goal isn’t to rush past them. It’s to name them, stay present with them, and let it shape who you’re becoming.

If you’re in a transition right now, you’re not behind.
You’re being formed for what’s next. ✨

Send this to someone who needs that reminder today. 🫶🏼

Leading through the storm isn’t about strength. It’s about staying honest, steady, and human.

🫶🏼If someone you love is walking through a hard season, pass this along.

Work-life balance isn’t the goal.
Integration is.

Work is part of your life, not separate from it.
And your life outside of work can be what gives your work meaning.

When you stop treating them like opposing forces, you start to find something better than balance: wholeness.

Your inner world shapes everything you touch.
Work. Relationships. The way you lead. The way you rest.

They’re not separate.
They inform each other.

The more you understand what’s happening within you, the more intentional you become around you.

Learning yourself isn’t a flippant action. It’s an investment to good, impactful leadership.

💭 Send this to someone who’s learning how to be as present in their life as they are in their work.

Direction over distraction.

Leaders who are anchored in a vision, don’t need to chase momentum. They’ll create their own.

Nearly 3 in 5 executives report burnout.
But burnout isn’t just exhaustion.
It’s what happens when we normalize broken systems…

When the culture is dysfunctional but unspoken. When the system is the problem, but we think it’s fixable through more output.

Most leaders don’t even realize they are actively in burnout because they’re too busy surviving.

They tell themselves: “If I can just solve this one thing, it’ll get better.”
But it never does. Because it’s not an output problem. It’s a systemic one.
The constant crises are a symptom. And changing it starts with naming it.

💭 If you’re putting out fire after fire, it might be time to stop doing “just one more thing” and start asking: What’s actually burning?

This was the question we found ourselves consistently asking friends, coworkers, and leaders before The Leaders Framework ever began:

How often does your leadership role feel performative instead of purposeful?

We’d watched many people, including ourselves, burn out AS leaders or UNDER leaders, and weren’t content with, “it is what it is.”

The answers we received revealed a real, urgent need for leadership that’s healthy, sustainable, and grounded in purpose.

Not just for those being led, but for those doing the leading. And we’re glad we asked the question, because for us, it’s changed the game.

🚀Share this with a friend who needs the reminder:
you can lead differently—from a place grounded in your purpose that’s healthy and sustainable. 💭

My mentor told me something I’ll never forget:
“Rest isn’t what happens when the work ends.
It’s what allows the work to mean something.”

For years, I treated rest like a reward.
Something you earn after pushing through.

But what I’ve learned is that when we don’t slow down, we lose the meaning behind why we started.
Rest isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom.
It’s the pause that brings your purpose back into focus.

Healthy leaders don’t just pause to recover.
They pause to remember why they started.

💭Where do you need to slow down to start seeing clearly again?
