We just wanted to take a moment to honor the founder, owner, and “The Mother “of Shasta Sleep Services. It's hard to believe it's almost been 10 years since Lacey turned her vision into reality.

She is truly one of the kindest, most genuine humans you'll ever meet. She has the biggest heart, and she genuinely cares about every single person she meets. Whether it's a patient, an employee, or someone she's known for five minutes, she wants people to feel seen, heard, and cared for.

She has created a workplace that's unlike anywhere else. Coming to work doesn't feel like "going to work." We actually look forward to seeing each other every day, and that's because of the culture she's built. As moms, we've never had to apologize for being moms. She understands that kids come first, family comes first, and somehow she makes everyone around her feel supported, appreciated, and important.

People throw around the phrase "salt of the earth" but that's exactly who she is. She leads with compassion, gives without expectations and reminds us every day that success isn't measured by numbers but by the lives you touch.

Lacey, thank you for believing in people, for leading with your heart, and for creating a place we're proud to call our second home. We love you more than words can say, and we're so grateful to be part of the dream you started 10 years ago...Okay, now we're crying. 😭❤️
