Today we wrapped up our Childbirth Foundations Express class and my heart is so full 💛

While this session was a smaller group, it created such an intimate space for meaningful conversations, hands-on learning, and personalized support. I’m so grateful for the families who trusted me to walk alongside them as they prepare to welcome their babies.

This class was designed for busy parents who want a condensed but evidence-based, interactive childbirth class experience; whether it’s your first baby or you just want a refresher.
