Happy Women’s History month!
I am over the moon because of the inspiring women entering my orbit.
We met and had engaging conversation with Dr. Yvonne Darlene Cagle, An African American Astronaut.
We attended a Artist presentation featuing Ronnie Frostad, the only Woman Foundry owner in the United States. Thank you to Donald Gensler and Staff from the Office of Ars and Culture here in Sacramento.
The scale of the sculptures that Ronnie creates is incredible. I think the thing that inspires me was that she supports up and coming local artists and shared gems that supports my artist journey around how to persists when the doors won’t open to you.
