As a team Andrew, Brian and Steve have developed lasting strategies that liberate their clients from the stress of doing it on their own. For our clients, we wanted an environment that would put their interests first. At RA, there are no conflicts o
f interest with regard to different investment solutions. We act in a fiduciary capacity for our advisory clients. We work with LPL as our non-advisory brokerage partner. We selected them because they do not create or market any proprietary investment products so they are free of conflicts of interest as well. In this way, there is no confusion for our clients as to whether their interests being put first. For advisors who join Rubicon Advisors, we seek to create an environment that enhances their ability to deliver superior service to their clients. We provide guidance and support so that advisors can be independent but not consumed with so many of the tasks required to run the parts of the business that don’t involve working with your clients. For many advisors joining RA, this is their first experience being independent and free from conflicts of interest that exist at their current Firms. We assist with payroll, HR, compliance, technology, office infrastructure and transition assistance. Becoming an independent advisor with our group means that while being independent you will not be alone or without support.
