We’re excited to share that the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has approved PG&E’s Moraga-Oakland X 115 kV Rebuild Project. Aspen supported the environmental review process by evaluating complex project alternatives, including underground routing options through the Oakland Hills, helping inform a thorough and defensible CEQA analysis.

From environmental review to approval, our team worked diligently to keep the project moving forward within the CPUC’s permit streamlining schedule, and we’re proud to have helped advance this important infrastructure investment. As the project moves into the next phase, we’re looking forward to continuing our support through mitigation monitoring and compliance activities.
