We're with Vonnegut on this one. Why? Well, because science. There's a growing body of evidence on the health benefits of laughter. In a 2019 study, the Mayo Clinic found the long term-benefits of laughing may include: improving your immune system, relieving pain, increasing personal satisfaction and improving your mood.
