Kia ora whānau 🪷 Been a while since I have posted here. I do see there is still a lot of Community members active on FB, so here we go!

Mana Ora: Wāhine Hip Hop 🌊
Reclaiming the rhythm.

Mana Ora is more than a dance class — it’s a homecoming.
After giving birth, I knew I needed a space to reconnect with my body, not just as a mother, but as a dancer and a wāhine.

Whether you are a new māmā, a returning student, or a creative looking to find your flow again, this space is for you. Grounded in Hip Hop and Pacific Islander dance, we move to honor both our strength and our softness.

✨ No expectations.
✨ No pressure.
✨ Just us, the music, and the movement.

🌿 Mana Ora: Wāhine Hip Hop
❤️ Come as you are
❤️ Move how you feel
❤️ Reclaim your joy
🪷 Movement is Medicine

Tapa Night reminds us of the ancient practices that have survived colonization, westernization, and modernism. These practices keep us connected with our his/her-story and ancestors, and preserve our stories for our future generations.
