I KNOW you Ladies Of A Beautiful Age are wearing hats to protect your hair and complexion. Even in the colder weather, protecting your skin is very important to aging gracefully.
But, I dislike getting makeup or lotion on the inside of my hatband! I found these NOSWEAT hat liners on Amazon. They don't damage your hat, and you just change it when it gets too grimy. Don't worry about the color, no one can see it when you wear your fabulous hat!

I hope each of you had a chance to enjoy the beautiful Fall weather before the storms come in.
I love pushing the "reset" button and starting over in the fall. Think of it as your own Homecoming. What are you going to work on this winter? Who are you going to be when you emerge from your cocoon in the spring?

I have kept my plan simple...
Keep track of what I eat
Make all the lines go around on my fitness tracker
Drink 2L of water daily
Cut out refined sugar and carbs
Take all my supplements recommended by Naturopath
Use my skincare morning and evening

Today, the world lost an icon. We will miss Tina Turner. She was an inspiration to all women, especially Women Of A Beautiful Age.

"Cleaned a lot of plates in Memphis
Pumped a lot of tane down in New Orleans
But I never saw the good side of the city
Until I hitched a ride on a riverboat queen"

Today I am on a riverboat between Memphis and New Orleans. Loosing Miss Tina just hits a little harder...

I love to perform "Rollin' On The River." I sang it several times in London with Lee Travis, and it will forever be a karaoke favorite.

What is the #1 question I get asked? What is the best shampoo/conditioner for gray hair! Think PURPLE! I love KERASTASE, it is available from salons and online. I use this about once a week to keep my silver hair sparkling! (I wash my hair every-other day...)
Purple shampoos can dry out some hair types if used daily.

Tried a new product!

Scotty's Everyday keto biscuit mix. I usually don't use a convenience mix but for being out at a cabin this weekend it seemed like a good time to try this.
My body has decided to get mad at me if I have wheat...but sometimes I just need a sausage egg and cheese biscuit!

The verdict? These are very good...but will never beat the ones my daughter makes! And the cost? About a dollar and 90 calories each! Definitely a splurge.
