Officer Josh Rodke Earns Life Saving Medal

During this year’s awards banquet, Officer Josh Rodke was presented with a Life Saving medal. Last year, Officer Josh Rodke provided emergency medical aide to a man who had sustained an arterial bleed after being cut in his arm/shoulder area with a razor wire. Officer Rodke was able to quickly evaluate the man’s injury and used his previous experience as a paramedic/firefighter to save the man’s life. RPD is fortunate to have Josh as a member of our team and am thankful for his paramedic/firefighter background, Great Work Josh!
