We are a full service swimming pool company located in Redondo Beach, California. We service commercial and residential swimming pools, spas and fountains in the Los Angeles area. Our niche is centered on not building pools, but servicing them 12 months a year. We also distribute a wide variety of pool chemicals, equipment and accessories.

Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated self-starter to work with a leader in the pool service industry. This is a full time job that pays competitive hourly wages. We are looking to hire on a long-term basis.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Troubleshooting, installation and repair of pool equipment including auto-controllers, pumps, motors, filters, gas and electric heaters, salt water/chlorine generators, controls and related equipment
• Repair and replacement of pool plumbing and valves
• Chemical analysis of water conditions and correction
• Leak detection and repair
• Perform openings and closings of in ground pools
• Measurement and installation of in ground liner and safety covers
• Perform pool and spa repairs
• Masonry repairs
• Conduct weekly maintenance visits

Requirements

The qualified candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
• Team player with a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and willing contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Understanding pool plumbing, water flow and troubleshooting procedures to provide sound solutions with minimal rework experience is a plus
• Must be able to take direction and advice
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds with reasonable assistance
• Excellent driving record
• Must provide own truck for transportation to job site and to transport chemicals and equipment needed for the job
• Excellent customer service skills is mandatory
• Ability to complete work in a timely manner
• Clean, professional appearance

Exceptional Pool Service

Dynamic Pool Service has been my chosen pool vendor for the over the past 12 years. Dynamic came to my first property through recommendation. The property had 508 units with 2 Pools & 2 Jacuzzis. Due to the size of the pools and the many residents our pools were in need of someone who cared and would keep up with the high demand. The service he gave us far outreached our expectation. I always could call Mike at anytime and he would promptly get our needs taken care of. When I moved to my new property with 981 units, 2200 residents 8 years ago, one of the first things I was asked was if I had a pool vendor I would recommend. I immediately recommended Dynamic. At this property we have 4 Pools and 4 Jacuzzis. This is a demanding property but I knew we never had to have a concern or worry that our pools / Jacuzzis would not be sparkling clean. We had an issue on a Holiday with one of our pools, I was able to contact Mike and he was here within 2 hours to repair the problem. WOW!! What service!!! This would have been a disaster if we had to wait for the pool service to respond the next day. Since coming to our property, Dynamic Pools is now servicing our sister properties as well due to the continued sparkling pools and excellent service we have received.
