Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals according to approved menus and standards.
Maintain food quality, portions, sanitation, and cleanliness.
Manage inventory, grocery purchasing, stock levels, and food waste.
Submit weekly menu plans and liquidate grocery expenses.
Log and scan all food releases through the pantry QR code.
Maintain kitchen equipment and enforce food safety rules.
Follow company policies, limit personal phone use during work, and report canteen concerns.
