Free Unconscious Bias learning opportunity (3 Hours, Interactive, Zoom) Wednesday January 25, 9am PST

Once a year or so I do a free/public Unconscious Bias workshop for friends, clients & their extended networks, particularly those who are looking to explore programming like this for their teams and organizations. I realize it's been almost TWO since I did the last one, so I'm getting another one on the books for January 2023.

Over the last 8+ years my team and I have delivered this workshop to over 50,000 participants in dozens of organizations all over the world, starting with the very first session I taught with Sheryl Sandberg at Facebook back in 2014. Over the years, the program has evolved from "Hey, unconscious bias is a thing and we have the data to prove it!" to a very interactive, conversation-driven approach to helping people build the knowledge and confidence and, most importantly, the curiosity, to have real-time conversations about bias wherever it pops up (hint: everywhere).

This podcast was SO MUCH FUN. I love talking about culture and work and ownership and this was such a great conversation about all of those things.
