As a hardworking Pinay nurse or mom, alam natin ’yan. Sahod comes in, pero bago pa natin maisip ang travel, savings, or little luxuries for ourselves, may bills, groceries, tuition, at family responsibilities nang naghihintay.

Kaya minsan, ang mga pangarap natin laging napupunta sa “Someday.”

From nursing shift to mentoring mode—because success becomes more meaningful when we help someone else rise. 💻✨

Pagkatapos ng nursing shift ko, bago ako mag-drive pauwi, nag-log in muna ako sa Zoom habang nasa parking lot. Why? Because my mentee and business partner was ready to take another brave step—setting up her very first ad campaign! 🚀

Hindi man perfect ang internet connection at may ilang challenges along the way, hindi kami sumuko. We stayed patient, worked through every step, and successfully completed our workshop. 🙌

This is what true mentorship looks like: hindi ka lang bibigyan ng instructions—you’ll have someone guiding you, encouraging you, and celebrating every milestone with you.
