Today we announced positive interim data from our Phase 3 upLIFT study of ersodetug in tumor hyperinsulinism (HI). The study is now 50% enrolled, and 6 of 8 participants have already met the responder criterion for the study’s primary endpoint.

We are excited by these interim observations as they largely mirror what we previously observed and reported from an initial case series of patients from our expanded access program (EAP) for compassionate use.

We remain grateful to the patients, caregivers, and investigator partners who support this ongoing program, and we look forward to reporting topline results for the fully enrolled study, expected in the second half of 2026.

Stories from families living with drive us forward. We’re inspired by their courage, and we’re dedicated to developing treatment options that will give them greater control over their lives.

Congenital hyperinsulinism (cHI) is the most common cause of recurrent and persistent in children. It can lead to progressive and irreversible damage over time, including serious and devastating neurological damage, seizures, neuro-developmental problems, feeding difficulties, and a profound impact on the quality of life for the patient and their family.

We’re working toward creating a different world - one where patients and caregivers no longer live in fear of unpredictable hypoglycemic lows.
