Today, we had the pleasure of celebrating a major milestone for Jesse Letter as he officially completed Reed City Group’s Registered Apprenticeship Program and is now a Certified Process Technician.

Jesse has worked incredibly hard to achieve this, demonstrating dedication, perseverance, and a strong commitment to learning and growing within our company.

His accomplishment is a great example of how apprenticeship programs create meaningful opportunities for employees to develop valuable skills and build successful careers.

Congratulations, Jesse! We are proud of all the work you have put in and are thrilled to have you on our team as a Certified Process Technician.

We had a great time yesterday at Mi Career Quest!

It was awesome connecting with so many students, sharing what Reed City Group has to offer, and watching everyone have fun playing our game and winning prizes. It’s always exciting to see young, curious minds exploring future opportunities.

In late January, Michigan Works! West Central welcomed employers from across the region for a series of Race to Talent events held in conjunction with its employer appreciation luncheons. The events highlighted the power of collaboration in strengthening regional workforce strategies.
