I'll never be someone to tell you to just push through pain during exercise or eat as little as possible.

I want you at your strongest and most vibrant daily... because you matter to a lot of people.

I'm furious when I think about how my grandmother broke her wrist at 80 after bumping it on her nightstand. Decades of the wrong approach with food and exercise weakened her bones and dulled her reflexes.

She got so frail that even her bedroom furniture was a threat. The cast stopped her from doing the crossword. Cognitive decline was quick after that... and then she was just... gone. Unnecessarily soon.
