We’re excited to share a first look at the vision for the new St. Teresa of Avila Child Development Center in Carson City, Nevada.
The new school will relocate adjacent to St. Teresa of Avila Church along Lompa Lane, creating a new home for students from Pre-K through 8th grade. Designed to embrace its setting, the project features meaningful connections to the surrounding landscape, including views toward the Sierra Nevada.
After years of planning and collaboration, we’re excited to see the design move forward and the vision begin to take shape through these renderings. Construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2027, with a planned opening for Fall 2028.

In partnership with Plenium Builders, we are proud to be part of this next chapter for the St. Teresa of Avila community and look forward to watching this vision become a place for learning, growth, and community.
