We recommend against using inkjet printers in Northern Nevada (because of our low humidity levels, and the attendant problems it creates with inkjet printers, with some exceptions).

Additionally, all inkjet printer manufacturers have retracted service capabilities from local service entities such as us - so you have to send the printer back to the mfg for any service.

Beware of "Unsubscribe". We're seeing a rash of phishing emails that look official (even if irrelevant) - and include an "Unsubscribe" hyperlink at bottom - that will lead you to providing personal information, installing malware, or other nefarious results. At this point, mark as "Junk" or "Spam" in your email client... and don't click on "Unsubscribe" ...
