As the 2025 Nevada Legislative Session fully comes to a close, we at TCS are reflecting on how proud we are to represent clients who make Nevada a better place to live.

This session, we worked on hundreds of bills spanning critical policy areas—including K–12 education, healthcare access and affordability, judicial policy, technology and economic development, business-friendly policies, and energy and utilities regulation. It was a privilege to help shape legislation that makes a meaningful difference for Nevada’s communities and economy.

We’re especially grateful to our elected legislators that worked closely with us all session to create intentional policy, and Governor Joe Lombardo and his team for carrying these over the finish line. Most of all, we thank our clients—their passion for improving Nevada is what makes this work so rewarding.
