We are seeking a local, experienced Purchasing Manager to support initiatives that drive results measured by lower inventory and materials costs, increased supplier performance, process and service improvements. Additionally, this position interacts with each department to ensure the goals of the organization are met. This role is responsible for developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, reviewing system generated material requirements and then procuring or delegating the procurement of material. • Manage and plan to avoid trapped inventory
