Plans continue to advance in the planned restart of the Jerritt Canyon Mine.

First Majestic is making a $75 million investment to ramp up starting production in the second half of 2027. Prep work is already underway, along with identifying needs and bringing on staff.

Nevada Gold Mines posts strong quarter and Fourmile project update

Nevada Gold Mines recently announced Q1 production, with 612,000 ounces of gold mined in Q1 2026, led by increases at Carlin and Turquoise Ridge.

The company also provided an update on the Fourmile project, where drilling continued through the winter alongside ongoing planning for future underground development.

The report also highlighted continued investment across Nevada operations, including underground infrastructure, drilling activity, and long-term project development aimed at supporting future production across the state.

The Rochester Mine continues to be a bright spot for Coeur Mining.

In its Q1 earnings report, Coeur noted increased year over year silver and gold production at Rochester, along with additional drilling activity and long-term growth potential at the operation.
