I am a Reno/Tahoe based wedding and portrait photographer also serving Baltimore, Maryland, DC, Virginia and beyond. My style is a blend of photojournalism and thoughtfully curated portraits. A hello from your camera-shy wedding photographer. Stepping in front of the lens feels vulnerable, but I’m truly grateful you’re here.

My work lives at the intersection of candid moments and refined editorial polish. I photograph in a mixed, hybrid style to capture the real, unposed magic and the timeless portraits you’ll treasure for decades.

This year, I’m adding a few rolls of film to every wedding to bring in that nostalgic, textured feeling only film can create. It’s my favorite way to add even more emotion and authenticity to your story.

Above all, I’m here to bring a warm and positive energy to your day, because elevated weddings don’t have to feel stiff or serious. With the right team, they can be joyful, relaxed, and full of heart.

✨ Something new (and a little nostalgic) ✨

This year has been such a joy creatively — I’ve been spending more time going back to my roots, picking up my film cameras again, experimenting with different stocks, and falling back in love with the magic of analog.

There’s something so timeless about film, the softness, the texture, the way it captures light and emotion in a way that feels alive. The beauty of film lies in its imperfections, the grain, the unpredictability, the little surprises that make every frame feel like a memory you can hold.

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be offering film as part of select wedding collections moving forward. Think of it as a romantic accent to a beautifully polished digital workflow — a touch of nostalgia that complements the modern story we tell together.

Here’s to slowing down, embracing the magic, and letting a little spontaneity back into the process.

High school sweethearts, now husband and wife. They said their vows in Carnelian Bay, overlooking the stillness of Lake Tahoe, surrounded only by their immediate family.

The wind whipped through the trees, but it couldn’t touch the emotion of the moment. Tears flowed through every toast, every glance, every silent beat in between.

As they shared their final dance of the night, I looked over to see her sister with tears in her eyes, whispering, “She’s so happy.”

This is what matters. This is family. These are the moments that remind us what connection really looks like.

Chris and Kerry said their vows at the stunning Valhalla in Lake Tahoe, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. Candlelight set a warm, intimate tone, and their adorable pup absolutely stole the show walking down the aisle. Kerry incorporated her mother’s wedding dress from the bow on her bridal purse to her bouquet.

As the sun dipped behind the mountains, the alpenglow lit up the lake for the dreamiest evening portraits. The night wrapped with a wild, joy-filled dance party that no one wanted to end.

Still floating from this day 🕊️✨ Maddy & Peter’s wedding at Sunnyside on Lake Tahoe was nothing short of magic, not because of the views (though they were stunning), but because everything was done from the heart.

From the sweet pea seeds that Maddy’s parents hand-picked, to the custom wedding crest she designed herself (yes, she’s that talented), Peter’s sweet grandpa officiating-every detail carried intention, love, and a little bit of their story. It was a day where joy wasn’t just present, it was contagious.

One of the greatest privileges of this work is standing beside some of the most inspiring, kind, and joy-filled people as they step into one of the biggest moments of their lives. This one will forever hold a place in my heart. Maddy & Peter, thank you for letting me witness such beauty,your love, your vision, your people. 💛

What started as a rainy, misty morning at Sunnyside in Lake Tahoe turned into pure magic. Just as the ceremony began, the clouds parted , the birds gave us a visit— as if the skies and nature were blessing the day. ✨

Surrounded by the lake, towering pines, and wild florals that looked like they were gathered straight from a fairytale meadow, the day unfolded in the most beautiful way.

Every ounce of stress melted into laughter, happy tears, and so much joy. A celebration full of heart, nature’s surprises, and love in every direction.
