Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and sacrifice made the freedoms and opportunities we enjoy today possible.

Recently, members of the 3C-House team had the privilege of attending the Marines’ Changing of the Guard in Washington, D.C.alongside a marching band and Silent Drill Platoon performance; this was a powerful reminder of the discipline, honor, and commitment embodied by those who serve our nation. 🇺🇸

We would also like to extend a special thank you to our own Peter for his military service and continued leadership. We are grateful for your dedication both in and out of uniform.

From all of us at 3C-House, we remember, honor, and thank those who served and sacrificed, along with the families who carry their legacy forward.

We were honored to attend MenoPalz’s "Turn Down the Heat" event last week and witness the powerful work this organization is leading.

MenoPalz is helping bring much-needed awareness, education, and practical solutions to the conversation around menopause in the workplace — while also supporting companies in building thoughtful policies and plans that better serve their teams. The women behind this mission are creating meaningful change, and their leadership is both inspiring and deeply important.

We’re grateful to have been part of an event dedicated to growing this impact and supporting a cause that deserves greater visibility and support. We encourage our community to learn more about MenoPalz, follow their work, and consider donating to help this important program continue to grow.
