New Resource: Executive Order 2026-003 Stakeholder Meetings

The Nevada Department of Business and Industry has launched a centralized Stakeholder Meetings Tracker for businesses, industry stakeholders, members of the public and others interested in Nevada’s regulatory review process under Executive Order 2026-003.

📅 Stakeholder meetings are already underway across B&I’s divisions and agencies, with many more meetings scheduled and planned in the coming weeks. The tracker provides a central place to see upcoming meetings, completed meetings and the information gathered throughout the review process.

As meetings are completed, the tracker will be updated with:
🔵 Stakeholder input
🔵 Key issues and themes raised
🔵 Stakeholder recommendations
🔵 Agency responses and follow-up
🔵 Regulatory provisions and recommended changes, where applicable

The page will continue to be updated as additional meetings are held and information becomes available, providing an ongoing resource for following the regulatory review and seeing how stakeholder feedback is being documented.
