We are seeking to bring on 10-20 new Junior Associates to Anthem Solar.
A Junior Solar Associate's (JSA) job is to; generate new residential solar appointments for their corresponding Solar Consultant. This includes setting appointment times with residential homeowners to discuss their solar options with an Anthem Consultant.
JSA's will be 1099 contractor's so you can generate appointments however you want, but we have found the most productive way to generate new business is by going door to door. This is because Anthem Solar can provide a no cost solar option that has never been seen in Northern Nevada before.
First impression's are important so you will need a collared shirt (no or small company logo's), clean pants etc. You must have reliable transportation and communication. Due to COVID-19 you must also provide your own PPE (masks, gloves).
JSA's will be provided with basic training. Additional support and resources will be provided as needed.
There is huge growth opportunity in the industry as well as Anthem Solar so we will evaluate you weekly, monthly, and quarterly for leadership positions.
