We are NY and the Atlantic Flyways premeir Waterfowl Outfitter offering everything from early season Canada's to November Mallards to January divers and sea ducks. Lawrence Valley in Northern New York, our specialty is wing shooting being one of the premier destinations for waterfowl and pheasants along the Eastern U.S. Basswood Lodge owns 1300+ acres consisting of a spectacular mixture of fertile wetlands, planted crops, and hardwoods. We also lease several thousand more acres exclusively for duck, goose, turkey and deer hunting. Basswood has three fully equipped lodges with ability to accommodate 30+ hunters. We believe that our honest approach as well as our hardworking, skilled and personable guides are the foundation of our business. We look forward to the same friends returning to camp every fall as well as meeting new friends along the way. Make your voice heard. It’s now or never folks.

The ducks don't show up by chance.

They start in the Prairie Pothole Region, the "Duck Factory" that produces the majority of North America's ducks. Without these wetlands, there are fewer birds in the sky, fewer mornings in the blind, and less to pass on to the next generation.

Right now, the Duck Factory is at risk from proposed changes that could weaken protections for this critical habitat. If you care about duck hunting, now is the time to make your voice heard.
