Training Today. Prepared for Tomorrow.

At Cascadia Global Security, we believe that continued education and hands-on training are essential to providing the highest level of protection for our clients, their employees, and the communities we serve.

Our Cascadia Team recently participated in Active Shooter Response Training with our valued client, Kinder Morgan, further strengthening their knowledge, situational awareness, and ability to respond effectively during critical incidents.

Training like this goes beyond checking a box. It builds confidence, sharpens decision-making, strengthens teamwork, and ultimately helps save lives when every second counts.

We are proud of our Team members who continue to invest in their professional development and embrace our commitment to operational excellence.

A special thank you to Kinder Morgan for providing this valuable training opportunity and for sharing our commitment to creating safer workplaces.

Because at Cascadia, security isn't just about being present. It's about being prepared.

🌟 Introducing Values in Action: our brand-new recognition program!
Every month we spotlight one of our six values, and our employees get to nominate a teammate who brought it to life in a real, meaningful way. The week before each All Hands, People Ops sends out a short survey to nominate someone, share their story, and explain why it matters.
Our CEO selects the winner from all nominees, and at All Hands every single nominee gets recognized publicly. The winner? A $100 gift certificate to the restaurant of their choice.
This month we are kicking off with ⭐ Mission Obsessed: so start thinking about that teammate who shows up every day like the mission is everything. Because it is.
Nominations open soon. Watch for the survey-we will post it here when nominations are open! Make someone's day. 🙌

Not every access point has a gate. That doesn’t mean it goes unprotected.
Rail access into secured facilities can create a vulnerable entry point for trespassing and theft. Our officers provide the eyes on the ground where traditional barriers can’t.

Security is more than a uniform….it’s awareness, presence, and action.

Every day, Cascadia Global Security officers are on the ground protecting people, property, and operations while helping our clients keep their facilities moving safely.

Professional. Vigilant. Ready.

OFFICER SPOTLIGHT
Ashlin Rhodes

When seconds mattered, Officer Ashlin Rhodes took action and helped save a student’s life.

Officer Rhodes, a School Resource Security Officer with Cascadia Global Security, discovered a student unresponsive and in serious medical distress. He immediately took control, protected the student’s airway, administered Narcan, directed staff to call 911, and remained with the student until emergency responders arrived.

Training matters. Preparation matters. And having the right person there when it matters most can save a life.

We are extremely proud of Officer Rhodes and the professionalism, composure, and decisive action he demonstrated.

More than security. Ready when it matters most.

09/23/2026

The future of security response is here.

Autonomous deployment. Rapid response. Eyes on target in seconds.
