Last Tuesday, our events team, along with Randi & Shelby from ER Flooring, the purchaser of the Emerald VIP table at our Spring into Giving event, had the difficult task of attending the Fall food tasting at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue to select our menu for the Emerald Awards on November 13.
