A special night celebrating partnership, service, and community! Last week, WMFHA was honored to receive Rebuilding Together Seattle’s Partner of the Year award for 10 years of working together to help homeowners remain safe and comfortable in the homes they love. We also celebrated Volunteer of the Year awards honoring a decade of Impact Day coordination and five years of project leadership by Terry Spivey of Thrive Communities and James Ohrn of Avenue5 Residential. We’re grateful to every member, partner, staff member, leader, and volunteer who has given their time, talent, and resources to make this work possible. Here’s to continuing to make a difference together!

Our Eastern Washington maintenance professionals care for our communities every day, so this past Wednesday we had the privilege of celebrating them!

Our Maintenance Appreciation event at Dave & Buster’s brought everyone together for games, laughter, friendly competition, and a well-earned break. It was a joy to see these hardworking teams connect and enjoy an afternoon centered entirely on them.

We’re especially grateful to our generous sponsors Bulldog Rooter LLC, CertaPro Painters, The Floor Trust, HD Supply, and Sherwin-Williams Paint for making this celebration possible. Thank you to everyone who joined us in recognizing the people whose skill, care, and commitment make such a difference in our communities.

What a wonderful evening at last week’s Tapas and Topics! We loved catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people, and welcoming our newest members into the community.

Thank you to Fulcrum Real Estate Services and AFB Floors for generously hosting the event. We’re also excited to share that the evening raised $490 for DAWN as part of our fundraising efforts leading up to Chili. Every donation helps make a difference, and we’re grateful to everyone who contributed and joined us for such a memorable night.
