Another multi-year project is nearing completion at Ace Aviation, Inc. and this one is truly one of a kind.
This aircraft began life as a Cessna LC-126B, one of only five ever produced. The Cessna 190/195 series ended production in 1954 after 1,180 aircraft were built, including 83 military LC-126 variants. With the whereabouts of the other four LC-126Bs unknown, this is believed to be the only known surviving example.
From its mirror-polished exterior to its fully custom instrument panel, this aircraft is a modern reimagining of the original LC-126B, retaining its unmistakable 1950s character while incorporating extensive custom upgrades and modern technology. The panel features a Garmin EIS configured for the seven-cylinder radial engine, the result of a multi-year design, Garmin coordination, and FAA approval process. It beautifully merges classic 1950s aviation with 2025 technology.
A truly unique aircraft and a project we are proud to help bring across the finish line.
