Volt Credit Union YES YOU DID UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT!! 🙌🏻❤️ Bids' Cottage Bakery look at this haul!! 👀

🥣 We understood the assignment… and it was 𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍-𝒔𝒍𝒚 important.

Volt proudly donated to The Crackerjack Shack's Donna Rippee Cereal Drive to help stock local food pantries and support families in our community!

The cereal drive ends THIS FRIDAY, so grab an extra box (or two 😉) and help them reach their goal of 2,000 boxes!

We are so proud of you, Matthew!! Keep loving BIG!! This dark world needs you!! ❤️

2026 Don't Worry, Be Happy Annette O'Keefe Humanitarian Award Recipient = Matthew Bounds - Your Barefoot Neighbor

Matthew is known across social media as Your Barefoot Neighbor, he began his cooking journey in 2020 in his Gulfport kitchen. With the extra time the world suddenly had, he taught himself the basics. A couple of years later, he started sharing his progress online, and it quickly became clear that many people were looking for simple, unfussy ways to feed themselves and their families.

Today, millions follow Matthew across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. In his kitchen, there are no dumb questions - only encouragement, basic principles, and recipes that help people feel confident. His community learns together, laughs together, and fixes a plate together.

Matthew’s new exciting endeavor is the opening of his new restaurant in downtown Gulfport – Neighbors Tap & Table. The concept is a neighborhood style bar and restaurant focused on small plates, community, and a relaxed “come as you are” vibe.
The name Your Barefoot Neighbor reflects the values Matthew lives by relatable, friendly, down to earth, and always willing to help. What began as a few DIY videos and cooking attempts has grown into a supportive, connected community that shows up for one another in meaningful ways.

Because of that community, the has provided over a million dollars in assistance to neighbors supporting foster kids, food pantries, LGBTQ+ youth, families in crisis, and countless organizations across the Coast and beyond.

Matthew is continually humbled by messages from people who cooked their first meal because of his videos, ate on a hard day thanks to a simple recipe, or felt seen because he openly shares about his life with his husband, CJ. For him, this work has become far more than cooking it’s about community, compassion, and connection.

Let’s hear it for our Shackers at Volt Credit Union!!! Congratulations!! 💚💚💚

Ever seen a screen print that looked faded, fuzzy, or kind of rough after it cured? There’s a good chance fibrillation was the culprit. 👀

Today we’re in the press room talking about one of those little details most customers never notice…but professional printers absolutely should.

Ink opacity, fabric choice, pressure, cure temperature, underbases…all of it works together to create a print that looks bold, smooth, and built to last.

The devil is always in the details around here. 🧡 Good thing details are our specialty!

Relax. You’re a Shacker now.

And a big shoutout to I Love Tacos Taqueria for trusting us with their brand!! 🌮🌮🌮

If tiny lettering in your embroidery is your current headache, here are things we do in our shop to make designs stitch better!

In this embroidery tutorial, I will teach you how to set customer expectations, how to establish yourself as an expert, how to set your machine tensions, and how to test your needles.

Few things will humble you faster than tiny lettering on lightweight fabrics (like those pesky moisture wicking polos!) but if you apply these steps, your life will be a whole lot easier… and your embroidery will look 100% better! 🪡 🧵

This is what community looks like. ❤️❤️❤️

This photo was taken at sunset on Sunday — the end of the most roller-coaster weekend we've ever had.

On Thursday, we lost both of our ovens going into Mother's Day weekend. Both of them. The single most important piece of equipment in a pizza restaurant — gone, right before one of the biggest weekends of the year.

Our staff responded so resiliently. Every single one of them. They adapted, they improvised, they worked harder than I've ever seen a team work AND they did it without complaint and without losing the warmth that makes this place what it is.

And then Republic showed up.

You came in anyway. You were patient. You were kind. You cheered us on. And somehow we had a record-breaking weekend.

I've been doing this long enough to know that what happened this weekend wasn't about pizza. It was about community. It was about what happens when people decide to show up for each other.

We are so grateful. Words don't really cover it, but we mean them completely:

Thank you, Republic.

Well…this may be the first time in Crackerjack history that a FLAT woman showed up to pick up cereal donations. 😂

Billie from Bids' Cottage Bakery couldn’t make the first pickup for the 5th Annual Donna Rippee Cereal Drive today, so she sent Flat Billie in her place and honestly? She took her responsibilities very seriously. 🤓

This cereal drive means a lot to our community because it honors Billie’s mother, Donna Rippee, who believed every single belly deserved to be full. 🧡

Every box of cereal donated helps local food pantries feed families right here in our area, and every donor gets one of our “Cereal Do Gooder” stickers while supplies last.

A box of cereal may not seem like much, but to somebody else, it can mean breakfast on the table tomorrow morning.

We will be accepting donations through the month of May. Thank you to those who have already been a Cereal Do Gooder… and for the rest of y’all GET ON IN HERE! ❤️
