We’re a family business, and these two take that title very seriously. ❤️

Every time there’s a job, they want to know where we’re going, what we’re doing, and most importantly… if they can come along.

Once they get there, they immediately promote themselves to management. 😆

Their duties usually include:
✔️ Inspecting dirt piles
✔️ Climbing on equipment
✔️ Collecting rocks
✔️ Asking 400 questions
✔️ Making sure Dad takes enough snack breaks

Truthfully, some of our favorite memories are made on days like these.

One of the reasons we started this business was to build something for our family. Getting to spend time together, teach the girls the value of hard work, and let them see what it takes to build something from the ground up makes all the long days worth it.

They may not be running the equipment just yet, but they’re definitely some of our biggest supporters—and without a doubt our toughest supervisors. 🚜❤️
