I really hate having to make a post like this, but due to several recent instances, I need everyone to be a little more mindful moving forward.

As much as I love what I do, this is still a business, and last-minute changes and cancellations greatly affect my schedule and income. Because of this, effective immediately, full retainers will be required at the time of booking and will be non-refundable.

Additionally, any last-minute cancellations or reschedules — regardless of circumstance — will now have additional fees associated.
