Only ten weeks away from the Boston Clean Language training events with Caitlin Walker. After her NYC Live Clean Coaching workshop with 12 participants; the AgileDay NYC keynote on developing workplaces, and her two facilitated modeling sessions during the Open Space (1. Diversity and Inclusion 2. Developing Presence) in the afternoon - the buzz in the room was amazing. When we think about organizations becoming more capable to withstand disruption and change, the skills Caitlin Walker shares are seen as among the best. If you are interested fostering systems to become more resourceful and whole, Clean Language has two methodologies - one for individual coaching and one for teams and groups to become self-organizing. Both make use of the Clean Questions but the methodology and applications are quite different.

We've provided separate courses for each sort. Several scenarios for learners are possible, and you can mix and match from both, if interested. Agile coaches and Project Managers may like to have a mix of those skills, and several have signed up for both.

When looked at by date:

1.) Pick the first and the fourth together if you are interested in groups evolving to self-organizing systems.

2.) Pick the second and third if you work in any capacity in one-one-situations where you are coaching, or attending to a person's growth and personal development.

3.) Pick any of the first three freestanding.

I'm happy to report that InfoQ is interviewing me (again) on my work with the use of Clean Language in Teams. They first did an interview back in 2014, when I first brought Clean Language ideas to the Culture Track at the Agile Alliance conference. In August 2018, when I return to the Agile Alliance conference, I'll be pairing with Caitlin Walker and we've got a great session planned.

I will be doing at least monthly online trainings in small groups (5 at a time), the next one is planned for April 23, 12-4pm. You can get tickets here:

One of the free Zoom events I hold every week, is an online book club. We are studying the Quality Software Management book series of Jerry Weinberg. If you have an interest to join us, this will be an ongoing event, and the only prerequisite is interest.
