Last month, our team volunteered with the Northern Virginia Science Center Virginia Science Center Foundation's Family Science Night at Sugarland Elementary School.

The event welcomed students and their families for an evening filled with STEM learning experiences. Our team helped guide the students through several engaging hands-on experiments that they were excited to try.

Dev Technology was proud to sponsor a row at this year’s Lincoln Strawberry Festival “Strawberry Hill,” supporting a beloved local tradition that brings the community together each spring.

The Lincoln Strawberry Festival is a Wegmeyer Farms Foundation event. The Wegmeyer Farms Foundation focuses its giving on local community organizations, education, agriculture, preservation, and youth and community impact programs throughout Loudoun County and the surrounding area.

Through events like the strawberry festival, the Foundation helps support scholarships, local nonprofits, agricultural heritage, schools, and community-focused initiatives that strengthen the region.

We are honored to support an event that celebrates community connection while giving back to organizations and programs that make a meaningful impact locally.

During the final days of Dev Technology’s Week of Service, we visited NVFS' Headstart to host a Fall Party for their preschoolers. The kids enjoyed a story about a hungry caterpillar's first Fall, followed by decorating pumpkins!

We also had a team at our Reston office packing Wellness Care Packs for the families and supporters at Ronald McDonald House. The kits provide a little extra support to the families staying at RMH.

The team also volunteered with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund participating in Name Rubbings for Veterans, an effort to help friends and family members who are not able to visit the Memorial receive a name rubbing of a loved one's information. Learn more: https://www.vvmf.org/

And on Day 2 of Week of Service, a team volunteered at DC Central Kitchen helping to prep fresh produce to prepare meals and learned about the impact the organization has within our community.
