Meet Kim! We asked her to tell us a fun fact about herself:
A: I am a big fan of NYC and Broadway, in particular. I’ve travelled to Manhattan many times to attend plays and musicals in New York’s theatre district. But the most cherished Broadway memory I have took place when I was a sophomore in college. I saw a total of four musicals and one play over a three-day period. New York, New York, it’s a wonderful town!
Q: What do your love about your position with PASS?
A: Over my eighteen years at PASS, what I love about my job has changed more than once. If you had asked me ten years ago what I enjoyed doing the most, my answer probably would have been creating new PAC solicitation websites for our clients. I still get much satisfaction creating new websites, but today, my favorite thing to do is to create new features in epacInfo. I enjoy doing all kinds of work in epacInfo like routine maintenance, small design tweaks, and creating new reports – but my absolute favorite thing to do is to create new features in the software.
Q: What do you wish our clients knew about what you do?
A: I get a great deal of satisfaction when something new that I’ve created goes live and the end-users are pleased enough with the final result to thank me personally or provide me with positive feedback.
