$300+($27.50/per sample)

Asbestos Non Traditional asbestos Workplan:
$1600 for residential projects
$2100 for commercial properties +($250 for each revision made after)

Asbestos Air Monitoring Clearance:
Residential:
$450+($50/per each additional sample after the 1st)
Commercial:
$600+($60/per each additional sample after the 1st)

Visual Clearance:

Commercial:

Lead Sampling:
$300+($50/per sample)

Mold Inspections:
