The primary responsibilities of the position are to assist in the generation of new business using digital media and other marketing strategies.
Website and Digital Media Development
· Work in concert with our Digital Search Agency to improve traffic, conversions, and ROI of our digital media program.
· Create and update content for our website.
· Create and publish content that is suitable for Google My Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other social media outlets
In-bound Call Management
· Responsible for professionally representing Chardon on in bound inquiries.
· Reinforce our significant strengths.
· Qualify the opportunity.
Prospect/Lead Mining and Funnel Management
· Establish a prospect database through CRM.
· Target business segments of significant strength.
· Identify and connect affiliates and additional locations of existing customers.
· Identify and work with the sales team to identify opportunities with former customers.
· Maintain a regular communication with Sale Representatives.
· Connect with service technicians to promote referrals.
· Promote a contact plan for mechanical contractors and other industry partners.
Follow through on customer satisfaction lead opportunities.
