This week, we celebrated Employee Appreciation Week, which is a way for us to express our gratitude to all our employee-owners. It is thanks to their hard work that Geotex stands as strong as ever and keeps delivering on our promises.

Each day, we held employee drawings for different prizes, including PTO. It was a joy to celebrate this week, but the fun doesn't stop, because we still have about half of ESOP Month to go!

Maybe it was a skid steer, loader, dozer, backhoe, excavator—or whatever machine someone finally trusted you enough to put you in.

In this industry, that's how trenches are dug, bridges are built, and communities are shaped.
