Happy National Private Investigator Day!

National Private Investigator Day is celebrated on July 24th to commemorate the birth year of Eugene Francois Vidocq, the first private investigator. Vidoca was born on July 24, 1775 and founded the first known detective agency, Le bureau des renseignments (Office of Intelligence), in 1833. The day is also a time to recognize the contributions of licensed private investigators (P.l.s) and demonstrate the value of their work.
