Here are my Recommendations:
1. Hire New Non-Members of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity (Black Boule) Attorneys.

2. File $20 Million Dollar Wrongful Death Civil Lawsuits Against All Members and their Family of the White Boys who were on that Boat with Nolan.

3. Collect Satellite Images from Horn Island between the time Nolan Arrived and the before the the time of the Call to the Towing Company.

4. Supenoa the Cell phone Tower Records of everyone who was one the island including the White Boys who were on the Boat with Noland.

5. Take Deposition from all the White Boys and their Family Members.

6. Take Despoition from Sheriff and Cornor and supenoa their Investigation files now that the case is closed.

7. Supenoa the boat repair Records for the boat that was taking on water.

8. Any new Confessions and Evidence of Misconduct or conlusion between the Sheriff, Prosecuters and Cornor warrant a request for a Federal Hate Crime Investigation by the FBI.

A crime with this many people involved requires lies and conspiring and possible transfer of funds to cover a murder up. That house of cards required trust and people to place their freedom at risk. Only promises from people with power can compell cooperation with a conspiracy.
