Insurance is one of the most vital parts of running a successful childcare business, but it can also be the most confusing aspect with so many options out there.

This is why it is so important to do research on each and every company to ensure that you, your clients and children, and your business is protected.

Personally, I use a local company called Reidal Insurance, and I love the feeling of security and peace of mind that they provide for me as a business owner. Be sure you have someone you can trust in your corner!

If you are just starting out in building your childcare program, it can be an insanely confusing and stressful process.

Try these 3 tips to make it easier on you!

-Create a business plan, and be SPECIFIC!

-Find a location that is in optimal proximity to offices and schools to drive more traffic your direction.

-Be sure to market your business to families in your area by utilizing local and social media marketing.

Fall Activity Inspo: Build a Tree! 🍂

This is such a fun and interactive way to get the kiddos outside and exploring all the changes that fall brings.

Go on a nature walk and collect a variety of leaves, twigs, plants, flowers, and stems to create a unique, brightly-colored tree!

All you'll need after that is a piece of paper and a glue stick! It's fun and simple, and no two trees are the same. As an added bonus, you can hang them around your childcare center for some hand-made fall decor!
