WE'RE CLOSING OUR BUSINESS!

With heavy hearts, my wife I have decided to end our property cleanout service and our very popular warehouse sales. After 10 years of helping scores of families throughout the Northwoods, it's time to retire!

We have met some amazing people along the way, and will miss our long list of regular faces who patronized our business year after year. Many of you heard that our recent sale was our last, and made the effort to stop and say goodbye. We appreciated your kind words and will miss you all!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
We would like to thank everyone who came to our final summer warehouse sale on Sept 6th. Like our first sale we had in July, the turnout and support was amazing! And best of all, between both sales, we were able to raise nearly $2,000 for NATH - Frederick Place!!

Unfortunately, due to the recent spike in Covid, our plans for a fall sale have been postponed until further notice. However, we will continue to assist families and property owners with our cleanout and consignment services. Be safe and thank you for your continued patronage!

WE FINALLY DID IT! PLS (in partnership with NATH - Frederick Place) successfully hosted it's first multi-estate warehouse sale in 2 years! What an amazing turnout we had at our sale on July 23rd-25th. As a result, we were able to raise over $1,100 for our local homeless shelter! ** UPDATE! **
To all past, present and future customers and clients,

We have been receiving several inquiries as to whether or not we're going to have any of our warehouse sales or onsite estate sales in the near future?
At the outbreak of Covid-19 back in March, we made the decision to suspend all such sales events until further notice. Now, looking back 9-months later, we're happy with our decision, even though it resulted in a loss of revenue. Some have asked "why"?

Well, it is our personal belief that the health of our customers and our community is far more valuable than financial opportunity. We feel that the risks, especially now, outweigh any temporary financial gain. This is our personal decision, and is not intended to reflect negatively on our competitors and others in our business community. We respect their own decisions and realize that each business has it's own challenges. In the meantime, we will continue to focus our efforts to assist our clients with property liquidation, clean-outs and internet consignment. Be safe everyone!!

Hello everyone! I thought I would take a moment to first acknowledge the virus threat to our community. Even though this page is dedicated to our business, it will all be meaningless if we lose someone we love. Please be careful.

With that said, PLS will be changing the services we offer. Beginning April 1st 2020, we will no longer be offering on-site estate sale services. However, due to recent demand, we will continue to expand our internet liquidation and consignment services. Additionally, we will continue to offer our property clean-out & house-cleaning services, as well as host our warehouse sales when we're able. If you have a property that needs to be emptied and cleaned, feel free to call us to set up a free walk-through.
