IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
🔌Install and configure operating systems, applications, and equipment
Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance
✨️Assist with system upgrades, backups, and cybersecurity best practices
Maintain clear documentation of all service requests and resolutions
Qualifications:
🤓1–3 years of IT support or technical service experience
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
👏Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
🤌Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
📜Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar) preferred
